Your medical history and travel plans will be reviewed and discussed with you personally. You will receive general travel information, as well as medical advice, prescriptions and/or vaccinations according to your specific needs. If your trip or health history warrants additional consultation, we will make the appropriate referrals to other health care professionals for you.
As travel related medical services are typically not covered by health plans, HMG requires payment at the time of service for the $110.00 consultation fee. If you have insurance coverage, we will submit a claim for any vaccines administered to your insurance plan. You will be responsible for payment of any non-covered services that your insurance plan does not cover. If you do not have insurance coverage and are a “Self-Pay” patient, payment for all services are required at the time of service.
