Hartford Medical Group participates with all major insurance plans. Please refer to the list of plans to confirm we accept your insurance plan. Please note: We only participate with the ConnectiCare VIP Medicare Advantage Plans for our current existing primary care patients. We do not participate with any of the other Medicare Advantage Plans or managed Medicaid plans such as Charter Oak Health Plans (Aetna Better Health, AmeriChoice, Community Health Network, etc.). This may not apply to the HMG East (Windham Area) providers. Please check with your doctor's office directly to confirm their participation status with the Medicare Advantage Plans. Aetna Participate with all Aetna products with the exception of the Medicare Advantage Plan, Medicare Private Fee-for-Service Plan, and Medicaid (Aetna Better Health). Anthem Participate with all Anthem products with the exception of the Medicare Advantage Plan (MediBlue). CIGNA Healthcare Participate with all CIGNA products with the exception of the Medicare Advantage Plan and Medicare Private Fee-for-Service products. Colonial Cooperative Care ConnectiCare Participate with all ConnectiCare products with the exception of the Medicare Advantage Plan. Coventry Health/First Health Great West Healthcare Health Net Participate with all Health Net products with the exception of the Healthy Options Medicaid product and the Medicare Advantage Plan. Health New England Participate with the Select PPO and POS products only. Medicare (Federal) Medicare Advantage Plans HMG does not accept patients with the Medicare Advantage Plans or Medicare Private-Fee-for-Service Plans offered by the following plans: Aetna, Anthem, CIGNA, ConnectiCare, Evercare, Health Net, Humana, Secure Horizons, Senior Whole Health, Today's Options, WellCare, or any other plan that offers this type of insurance product.
