Dr. Elizabeth Fasy provides care to patients in our endocrinology specialty at Hartford Medical Group at the South Main Street office in West Hartford. Dr. Fasy joined HMG in 2011 as a clinical staff endocrinologist and received her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and also completed her fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Virginia.
