Mr. Morse has been in practice 1979 and joined Hartford Medical Group in 1997.  He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA from the Physician Assistant program in 1979 and from Cambridge-Goddard Graduate School for Social Change in Cambridge, MA with a Master of Arts in Labor History and Community Organizing in 1974.  

Mr. Morse is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  He directed a Black Lung clinic program in West Virginia and an asbestos disease project in Baltimore, MD and has experience in occupational related pulmonary problems.
