Jody Lewinter, M.D.

Dr. Lewinter has been in practice since 1988 and joined Hartford Medical Group in 1996. She graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, MI where she received her Doctor of Medicine in 1985. She completed her residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detriot, MI in 1988. She received her board certification in Emergency Medicine in 1988.
Dr. Lewinter has also held various teaching positions at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine including Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine (1998-2003), Associate Residency Director of Emergency Medicine (1992-1996), and Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery (1991-1998).
Dr Lewinter's practice focuses on Occupational Medicine, Travel Medicine, and Urgent Care. In addition to her office hours in Bishop's Corner, West Hartford, Dr. Lewinter is also available in our Windsor office on Thursdays.
