Dr. Luger has been in practice since 1982 and joined Hartford Medical Group in 2000. He began his medical education at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland in 1973, and he received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY in 1979. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Middlesex Memorial Hospital in Middletown, CT in 1982. He received his board certification in Family Medicine in 1982. Dr. Luger is a board certified family physician who cares for infants, children, adolescents and adults; in addition, he has special interests in Lyme disease, dermatology and office surgery.
