Frances Gurtman, M.D.

Dr. Gurtman is a 1982 graduate of the Rutgers Medical School branch of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where she received her degree as a Doctor of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Hartford Hospital in 1985. That same year she became board certified in Internal Medicine. She has been has been practicing general Internal Medicine since 1985, the year she joined Immediate Medical Care Center, now known as Hartford Medical Group, and has been the Medical Director of our West Hartford - South Main office since 1990. Dr. Gurtman is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, CT and the Medical Director for the West Hartford/Bloomfield Health District. She is married with two sons. Her hobbies include biking, swimming, and skiing.
